TICKETS, SUBSCRIPTIONS, UNIQUE EXPERIENCES
These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases of tickets, subscriptions and extra activities made online for the visit or use of services at Punta Verde Zoo Park.
The customer, as defined below, is invited to carefully read the General Conditions of Sale which aim to define the contractual conditions between the customer and Parco Zoo Punta Verde, and the conditions applicable to the purchase of tickets online.
The confirmation of an order for a ticket, a season ticket, or an extra activity via this website, implies the definitive conclusion of the contract and the unreserved acceptance by the customer of all the General Conditions of Sale, of which he claims to have been previously aware, when validating the purchase.
The customer accepts: the provisions relating to security, access and regulations relating to visiting the site. The customer is aware that, in the event that these regulations are not respected, he/she will be denied access to the site, without any financial compensation.
Additional regulations may be published on the site or printed directly on the ticket. The general conditions of sale applicable are those in force on the site on the date of purchase of the ticket.
Punta Verde Zoo Park reserves the right to adapt or modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time, and to any extent required by law.
The sale of tickets online is exercised directly by Parco Zoo Punta Verde with headquarters in Lignano Sabbiadoro (UD) - Via G. Scerbanenco, 19/1, hereinafter referred to as "seller".

RESPONSIBILITY
The visit to the site is made under the sole responsibility of the customer. Parco Zoo Punta Verde cannot be held responsible for unforeseeable and/or indirect damages suffered by the customer including, but not limited to, a lack of profit, a loss of opportunity, a loss of income of customers, data, any financial and commercial impairment, any commercial problem or intangible impairment. Parco Zoo Punta Verde cannot be held responsible if the non-fulfilment or poor fulfilment of its obligations under the General Conditions of Sale is attributable 1. to the customer, or 2. to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure. Parco Zoo Punta Verde cannot guarantee the customer that the website will meet his expectations exactly nor that no error will occur during the use of the website. The website is accessible 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, subject to closure for maintenance or repair or in case of force majeure or any event beyond the control of Parco Zoo Punta Verde. The responsibility of Parco Zoo Punta Verde will not be implicated in the event of loss or damage suffered by the customer or a third party as a result of an impossibility 1. of access to the website, 2. or the internet network, 3. the means of telecommunication 4. and more generally, due to an event of force majeure, as defined by the jurisprudence of the Italian courts, at the time of visiting the website or placing an order. The responsibility of Parco Zoo Punta Verde cannot be implicated for a damage coming from the use of the internet network, such as loss of data, intrusion, virus or interruption of the service. Parco Zoo Punta Verde can not be held responsible for any non-compliant use of the website and / or online ticketing service for the customer or third parties. In the event that the responsibility of Parco Zoo Punta Verde will be sought because of a failure of the customer to one of the General Conditions of Sale, Parco Zoo Punta Verde may sue the customer. The customer is solely responsible for his choice to order the reservation of tickets on the internet, consequently Parco Zoo Punta Verde will not be held responsible for any malfunction related to the problem between the reservation and the computer environment.

PURCHASE MODALITIES
The purchase of tickets, subscriptions and extra activities online for Parco Zoo Punta Verde is made through the virtual shop active on parcozoopuntaverde.skiperformance.com, and is governed exclusively by these general conditions of contract, in the version in force at the time of purchase. The purchaser of the online ticket is entitled to priority access only in the event of active access control.

TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
By clicking on "Confirm" at the end of the procedure, the customer declares that he/she has read and accepted, without reservation, all the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

PAYMENT METHODS
Online payment is made exclusively by credit card, in the manner indicated by the system.
After acceptance of the order, the customer is redirected to an electronic payment server from which to make the online payment of the order by credit card. The purchase is definitively registered when the customer confirms payment. If the payment is rejected by the payment server, the purchase transaction is automatically cancelled. The purchase is blocked and confirmed. Once the payment has been confirmed, no cancellation or modification by the customer shall be possible.
When the order is placed, the customer will receive an email confirming the purchase. This email enables the download of the PDF document known as the order confirmation/order confirmation receipt, consisting of a first sheet summarising the order and a number of sheets with the order number and barcode, corresponding to the number of tickets purchased. This order confirmation can also be downloaded from the reserved area of the website ??????? and shown at the Punta Verde Zoo Park checkout preferably by smartphone/tablet or printed out.

OPEN DATE ONLINE TICKET
An "Open Date Online Ticket" is a ticket purchased online, which can be used on any day the Park is open between the date of purchase and the end of the regular seasonal opening of the Park (https://www.parcozoopuntaverde.it/organizza-visita/orari). The ticket is valid for one entrance only.
The online ticket will allow you to skip the line only in case of access control by the Park staff.
Parco Zoo Punta Verde will be able to refuse access to the site to any ticket holder who may have purchased the ticket illegally.
The Customer is not entitled to withdraw from the Contract for the purchase of the ticket in electronic format as it is a contract for the provision of services related to leisure time under Article. 59 paragraph 1 letter. n) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014). There is therefore no refund of the price of the admission ticket paid, in the event of cancellation by the Customer.

VALIDITY OF SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscriptions are valid for 365 days from the date of validity, which coincides with the date of purchase. The subscription provides for an unlimited number of admissions and is valid during the Park's opening periods. The purchase of the subscription online cannot be combined with other commercial initiatives in progress.
Following the online purchase, the customer must go to his first visit to the Park Zoo Punta Verde, bringing with him the purchase confirmation received by showing it on a smartphone or tablet and present at the cashier of the Park Zoo Punta Verde, to confirm the data entered and withdraw their card which must always be accompanied by an identity document.
The purchase of the subscription online can not be combined with other commercial initiatives in progress.
Parco Zoo Punta Verde may refuse access to the site to any holder of a subscription that may prove to have been purchased illegally.
The Customer is not entitled to withdraw from the Contract for the purchase of the subscription in electronic format as it is a contract for the provision of services related to leisure time under Article. 59 paragraph 1 letter. n) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014). There is therefore no refund of the price of the admission ticket paid, in the event of cancellation by the Customer.

EXTRA ACTIVITY
An "Extra activity" is defined as a special event purchased online that can only be used on the day and time slot that was previously selected via the "Calendar" available on the site at the time of purchase. Validity: valid exclusively for the chosen time slot on the selected day, for the duration indicated at the time of purchase. Allows you to participate in the indicated activity, according to the conditions indicated in the activity description. The Activity can only be purchased online in advance (marked on the event description) of the chosen day and is valid only for that day and time slot.
Following the online purchase, the customer must go to the Park's ticket office on the chosen day and time or, if he/she is already inside the park, directly to the meeting point, depending on the extra activity chosen. It is necessary to show, by smartphone/tablet or printed out, the purchase confirmation received, in order to receive instructions on how to participate, unless otherwise indicated on the purchase confirmation itself.
Delays. Delays are not permitted for participation in extra activities. If the participant does not arrive punctually at the specified start time at the indicated meeting point, it will not be possible to participate in the activity and no refund will be possible. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes early.
Possession of a valid admission ticket. Extra activities, unless otherwise indicated on the purchase confirmation, do NOT replace the valid entry ticket (ticket or season ticket) required to access Punta Verde Zoo Park. Each purchase confirmation of an extra activity will be usable only if accompanied by a valid entry ticket (entry ticket valid for the day of the event, valid season ticket).
The purchase of the extra activity cannot be combined with other commercial initiatives in progress.
Parco Zoo Punta Verde may refuse participation in the activity to any holder of an extra activity that could turn out to have been purchased illegally.
The Customer does not have the right to withdraw from the Contract for the purchase of the extra activity in electronic format since it is a contract for the supply of services relating to leisure time as per Article 59 paragraph 1 letter n) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014). There is therefore no refund of the price of the admission ticket paid, in the event of renunciation by the Customer.

PARK REGULATIONS

Major age. Any minor enrolled in an extra activity must be accompanied by an adult who is also enrolled in the extra activity.

TARIFFS
The price of tickets, subscriptions and extra activities are given in Euros (€). The prices quoted are VAT-free in accordance with Presidential Decree 633/72 art. 10 p.22. The applicable tariff is the one in force on the date of the visit and available on the official website https://www.parcozoopuntaverde.it/tariffe/
