IMPORTANT: The recipient of the gift must book ONLINE the date on which they wish to use the ticket by choosing it from those available, following the instructions received by email.
The date can be booked at a later date and is subject to availability. In the event of non-availability by the deadline indicated, there is no refund.
The close encounters with Aldabra tortoises will take you to a slower reality, together with these wonderful animals. You will enter the enclosure of the eldest animals of the Zoo, escorted by our guide, to learn their secrets and how we look after them. We will then prepare a nice treat and learn if their sturdy shell can feel our touch.
The activity will be carried with full respect towards the animals, following their pace.
The experience is for a maximum of 4 people, so that we can guarantee and exclusive experience for everyone.

To use the gift ticket you received, you have to make a booking and a date within the opening calendar of Parco Zoo Punta Verde.
How to make the booking? Click on the link https://parcozoopuntaverde.skiperformance.com/en/store#/en/booking_replan_pre or on the orange button "Manage my bookings" at the bottom of the shop and enter the BOOKING REFERENCE NUMBER (which starts at 153- xxxxxxx) that you will find in the email receipt and in the attached .PDF file. Choose when to come to the Park and save your reservation. - No refund or change of time slot is available if you arrive late or don't show on the day of the event. Please arrive on time!
