Description
We can welcome up to 3 people at any one time, escorted by one of our educators, who will describe the giraffes characteristics and their habitat. You will prepare a tasty treat that will be given through an enrichment, and you will then move to the terrace to meet the tallest animals of the World in a very special way, from an exclusive perspective.
With less than 90,000 giraffes in nature, this is the time to act to ensure a future for this species. The proceeds from this activity, thanks to Punta Verde in situ ONLUS, are all sent to the GIRAFFE CONSERVATION FOUNDATION in Namibia. These donations are key for the acquisition of hardware useful for research carried out in the field, such as GPS radio collars and camera traps, or to carry out educational projects that explain to young Namibians how to care for the Earth and why it is so important.

Practical Information
- No refund or change of time slot is available if you arrive late or don't show on the day of the event. Please arrive on time!
- We strongly suggest to book online to avoid disappointment
- It is forbidden to touch the animals
- Minimum age is 8 years
- To reach the enclosure there are a few steps, hence it is not possible to participate with a wheelchair or pushchair
- It is forbidden to enter with bags or umbrellas, these can be left in a safe area outside the enclosure
