Description
A maximum of two people are allowed into the red panda enclosure per time, accompanied by an educator of the zoo's educational department, who will explain the main biological characteristics of this incredible species. The activity includes the preparation of food enrichment, which plays a fundamental role in the welfare of the animals thanks to the variety of visual, olfactory and taste stimuli it offers. This enrichment will be placed inside the enclosure with full respect for the red pandas and will provide an opportunity to observe them from a privileged viewpoint, hence contributing to the in situ conservation of many endangered species. The activity will be carried out with full respect for the animals from a health and hygiene point of view, adapting to their pace.
A maximum of two people are allowed in at a time to ensure an exclusive experience for each participant.
Duration: approximately 20 minutes.
Minimum age: 12 years old.

- In case of delay and/or no-show, no refund or change of date or time will be given. We recommend arriving on time!
- We suggest buying tickets online
- You'll be asked to sanitise your hands at the entrance
- Kids under 12 aren't allowed
- Don't touch the animals
- The site is not accessible to people with reduced mobility and/or wheelchair users

- The activity will take place with full respect for our animals, adapting to their pace.
